The standard pricing model is based on 6 people using the whole property, without any extra payments. Turist tax, registration on arrival & departure is done by Villa Luna. No extra cost.
The model is adjusted based on seasonal discounts and the number of people staying.
On arrival, the guest is required to provide a damage deposit 300 Euros. On the leaving day, after property is inspected, the damage deposit is returned. For the pricing and availability, please enquire using contact form.
After the staying period at Villa Luna has been agreed with the Owner (exchanged eMails or later telephone confirmation), the Owner issues the Invoice and the Booking Agreement.
For the summer 2021, July and August, there is no reservation deposit before arrival, But, on the arrival, either using Internet Banking transfers or in cash, the holiday will have to be paid. Guest gets the keys, after the registration procedure is completed.
The rest of required monies is paid on guest arrival, the first day, either by Bank transfer or in cash. In the case of Bank transfer, the Bank Transfer Confirmation document will be required on guest arrival day.
