Terrace: large area, 11 x 5 m, with sofas and small coffee table, with beautiful view to the beach, to Sutomiscica Marina and the whole bay.

Beach: 10 meters from Villa Luna there is local village beach with a bar open in the summer. It is a sand beach. However, the best wild beaches could be reached only by boat/moped and car/walking. Marina "Olive Island" in Sutomiscica Bay offer private speed boat services, which could provide transport on previous agreement. Walking from the property towards the end of peninsula, stone beaches are found.
